Gild is a brand-safe creator platform. That is not a tagline. It is the rule that governs every piece of content, every creator account, and every interaction on this platform.
These standards exist to protect fans, protect creators, and protect the integrity of the platform. They apply to everyone equally. No exceptions for follower count, tenure, or revenue.
Sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult-oriented content is strictly prohibited. Gild is a brand-safe platform. This rule has no exceptions and no gray area.
Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin is not permitted. Harassment of any kind toward fans, creators, or staff will result in immediate removal.
Do not publish false health claims, financial misinformation, or misleading content designed to deceive fans. Creators must deliver what they promise in their tier descriptions.
Graphic depictions of violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities are not allowed. Content that glorifies or encourages harm toward any person or group is prohibited.
Purchasing followers, fabricating subscriber counts, or using bots to inflate engagement metrics is grounds for permanent removal. Gild verifies all creators are real humans. We hold creators to the same standard.
You must be who you say you are. Impersonating another creator, public figure, or brand is not permitted. Your profile must accurately represent the content you publish.
Only post content you own or have explicit rights to. Do not reproduce copyrighted music, film, photography, or written work without proper licensing or permission.
Creators must not solicit personal information from fans beyond what is necessary for the creator-fan relationship. Manipulation, coercion, or pressure tactics directed at fans will result in removal.
Violations of these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. Payments for content that violates these standards will be reversed. Repeat violations result in permanent removal with no appeal.
